Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Neuroscience team at Lions Gate Hospital in North Vancouver, BC. You will provide nursing care to assigned patients, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support discharge planning while educating patients and families about health promotion.
Responsibilities include ongoing clinical documentation, promoting client-centred care, and maintaining skilled standards per the BC College of Nurses and Midwives.
