Lead the Klinic Community Health team as the Evening Manager in Winnipeg. Oversee operations, support staff, and enhance community-focused care during evening and weekend hours.

The Evening Manager on Site is pivotal to delivering client-centered care at Klinic. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will help implement BIPOC-centered programming and manage operations during designated hours. Ensure operational readiness by addressing facility issues and supporting staff through challenges while enhancing community health services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to facility-based issues during evening hours
• Provide direct support for clients on-site
• Oversee BIPOC-centered programming initiatives




• Identify community gaps and collaborate with organizations
• Promote community-focused programming sustainability

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in health/social services preferred
• 2 years’ experience in healthcare administration
• 3-5 years’ crisis intervention experience
• Solid communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work evenings, days, and weekends
