Participate in onboarding sessions while contributing impactful feedback to improve AI behavior.

Key Responsibilities:
• Compare AI outputs and select superior responses
• Analyze model reasoning to guide evaluations
• Explain output differences citing legal soundness
• Provide constructive feedback for model enhancements
• Participate in training and calibration sessions

Requirements:
• J.D., LL.B., LL.M., or equivalent law degree
• 2+ years of legal practice or research experience
• Robust skills in legal research and writing
• Attention to detail in written communications
• Capacity for flexible workload of 10–20 hours
