Lead accounting and reporting for Altec Industries' Canadian operations in a hybrid mode. This role focuses on month-end execution, financial analysis, and key cross-functional support. As an Accounting Manager I, you will manage essential accounting tasks including journal entries, reconciliations, and internal financial statements.
With your expertise, you'll independently deliver exact results while monitoring cash positions and regulatory compliance. Your leadership will also foster team accountability and collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the monthly close process and complex journal entries
Prepare internal financial statements and inventory analysis
Reconcile balance sheet and intercompany accounts
Oversee equipment accounting and revenue agreements
Lead compliance reporting and regulatory requirements Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
6 years of industry experience or 4 years with CPA preferred
Supervisory experience in an accounting team
Advanced Excel skills and ERP knowledge
