You will interpret technical drawings, prepare and remove structural formwork, and ensure quality work is completed to specifications. The successful candidate must demonstrate leadership qualities and a commitment to safety, fulfilling the company’s 'zero injury' culture. Key Responsibilities:
Interpret drawings and specifications for project execution
Prepare and remove structural formwork for various applications
Cut, shape, and join materials using diverse methods
Check completed units for accuracy in size and location
Mentor apprentices under safety standards Requirements:
CSTS-20 Certificate required
Experience in formwork carpentry
Robust understanding of safety procedures
Able to lift up to 25kg
