Overview
We are seeking a qualified and friendly Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services during evening/weekend 3 pm to 11 pm and overnight hours 11 pm to 7 am, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes and maintaining the overall guest experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and experience in hotel operations. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve our diverse clientele.

Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests professionally.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs, resolving issues promptly, and offering local information.
Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, reservations, and billing details.
Ensure the lobby area remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Handle late-night security procedures and monitor hotel premises for safety.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting,



and correspondence as needed.
Support other front desk functions during night shifts to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements
Previous experience in front desk or hotel reception roles is required
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently.
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional attitude.
Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions.
Knowledge of hotel management software or property management systems is beneficial.
Ability to work overnight shifts reliably, demonstrating flexibility and dependability.
