Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries in both English and Spanish, ensuring a positive experience.
Manage data entry tasks accurately, including recording customer information and transaction details.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering product or service recommendations.
Upsell products or services effectively by understanding customer needs and highlighting relevant options.
Process transactions efficiently at the counter, ensuring proper cash handling and receipt issuance.
Maintain explicit communication with team members to coordinate daily operations smoothly.
Follow phone etiquette standards when answering calls, providing prompt and professional assistance.
Experience
Previous experience in customer service or retail settings is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Strong bilingual skills in English and Spanish are essential for effective communication with diverse customers.
Demonstrated data entry proficiency with attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping.
Excellent communication skills, including active listening and explicit verbal expression.
Analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions or upselling opportunities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor under pressure.
Familiarity with sales techniques and customer relationship management is a plus but not mandatory.
