Snacki N Smoke Cranbrook is a current convenience and smoke shop offering a wide selection of snacks, beverages, smoking accessories, and customer-focused service. We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and motivated team member to help us create a welcoming shopping experience for our customers.
Job Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
Process cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately
Verify identification and ensure compliance with age-restricted product regulations
Restock shelves, coolers, and displays
Maintain store cleanliness and organization
Receive and organize inventory deliveries
Assist customers in finding products and answering questions
Open and/or close the store following company procedures
Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items
Help create attractive product displays and promotions
Requirements
Must be 19 years of age or older
Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
Comfortable handling cash and operating a POS system
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in convenience store, vape shop, smoke shop, or retail environments
Knowledge of smoking accessories, snacks, and beverage products
Experience with inventory management and merchandising
