Job Summary:
As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations at our luxury resort. You will manage a team of front-of-house staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts, to ensure exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for our guests. Additionally, you will be responsible for menu development, inventory management, and budget oversight to maintain the high standards of our resort.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage two restaurants in the resort
Manage and lead a team of front-of-house staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest dining experience
Oversee menu development, pricing, and inventory management
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations




Manage the food and beverage budget and analyze financial data to optimize profitability
Foster a positive and collaborative work setting for the food and beverage team
Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a food and beverage management role, preferably in a luxury resort
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in financial management and budget oversight
Thorough understanding of food and beverage trends, menu design, and inventory management
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred
Certified Sommelier or Mixologist certification a plus

Working Conditions:
This is a full time, salaried position that requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role may also involve occasional travel to industry events or conferences. The work environment is quick-paced and dynamic, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
