Duties

Conduct regular inspections of roofs to identify potential issues or necessary repairs.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
Qualifications
Previous experience in roofing.
Strong maintenance person skills with experience in carpentry is a plus.
Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to roofing tasks.
Capable of performing heavy lifting (up to 70 pounds) as required by the job duties.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team setting.
Willingness to learn recent skills and techniques related to roofing and construction work.
