Shift work / evenings and weekends
Operate and maintain steam boilers and refrigeration equipment
Operate in accordance with the Provincial Boiler and Pressure Vessel Act
Operate and maintain brine freezing, ice making and water chilling systems.
Work in shifts with power engineering team
Complete routine maintenance
Maintain operating log book
Coordinate Ice Making with plant management.
Identify, develop and implement continuous improvement prospects.
Ensure that safety issues are reported to the supervisor and promptly remedied.
Demonstrated commitment to protected working practices.
Assist in any other maintenance task required to ensure that the processing plant is working in an optimum order.
