Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our agile restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. Duties
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards are followed at all times
Assist in food preparation when necessary, supporting kitchen staff as needed
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction




Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations according to sanitation guidelines

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required
Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
Robust customer service skills with a friendly, qualified demeanor
Ability to handle food safely and adhere to sanitation standards
Basic math skills for billing and cash handling purposes
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts
Experience in food industry roles such as serving, food safety, or hospitality is advantageous
Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain a positive attitude throughout shifts
