Labourer Foreperson

To work at our Suncroe Debottleneck Project in the Fort MacMurray area

SALARY: Up to $65.56 per hour

OVERTIME: After 8 hours in a day, or 40 hours in a week

TRAVEL: based on location

START DATE: ASAP

SCHEDULE: 14 days on, 7days off

HOURS PER DAY: 10hours per day

PAY SCHEDULE: Weekly Pay (Friday)

SHIFT: Dayshift

ACCOMODATIONS: Camp

DURATION: on going

WORK SCOPE: Shutdown/ Greenfield/ Brownfield

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Labour Foreperson in the industrial construction industry
LSE
ESC Fire Watch ticket is an asset
Clean drivers abstract required
Ability to work with others to achieve goals
Stand or walk for long periods of time
Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift items weighing more than 50 pounds with assistance
valid CSTS 2020 version
H2S Awarness
CSO
ESC Fall Protection
ESC Elevated Work Platform (EWP/AWP)
WHMIS 2026
· Proven track record of excellence in safety and job completion




Interpersonal skills – establish direct working relationships and rapport with all levels within the organization, communication skills including verbal and written
Ability to work effectively with a wide range of personality types
Able to transfer knowledge and mentor others
Effective problem solving and decision-making skills

Responsibilities:
Fire Watch (when workers performing hot work)
Complete all required safety documentation
Safety Monitoring - For activities including, but not limited to: blinding, blanking, valve removal piping, etc.
Working at heights and outdoors
Driving a company vehicle
Act as a tool runner
Spotting for heavy equipment (Guiding movement in and around work areas)

· May perform other related duties as assigned

Pay: Up to $65.56 per hour

Expected hours: 50.0 per week
