Job Overview
We are seeking a NIGHT SHIFT (4PM-CLOSE) skilled Pastry Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and creating delicious pastries. If you have experience in cake decorating, food preparation, and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a variety of pastries such as cakes, cookies, and pies
Decorate pastries using various techniques to ensure an appealing presentation
Follow recipes and adhere to food safety standards
Assist in maintaining inventory of pastry supplies
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely production of pastries
Package and present pastries for sale or service
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients




Qualifications
Proven experience as a Pastry Cook or similar role
Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
Familiarity with cake decorating methods is a plus
Understanding of kitchen sanitation practices and food safety guidelines
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting
Robust attention to detail and creativity in pastry design

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
