Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Cashier/Customer Service professional to join our energetic retail team. Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, inquiries, and product information
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts
Conduct product demos to showcase features and perks, encouraging customer engagement and upselling opportunities
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products on shelves and displays effectively
Handle cash register operations with precision, including balancing cash drawers at shift end




Communicate clearly with customers via phone or in person using professional phone etiquette and active listening skills

Requirements
Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs
Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or technical sales is preferred
Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills are essential
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product features confidently during demos
Excellent organizational skills for managing time effectively during busy hours
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
Demonstrated customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor and problem-solving mindset
