I am looking for a PSW for weekend care as i work full time on weekends. I need a Psw for two hours in the morning Saturday and Sunday and 2 hours in the afternoon both days. Protanal to increase the hours to 3 hours each shift.

Duties
Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote comfort and dignity
Support medication administration according to prescribed schedules and safety protocols
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
Help with housekeeping, laundry, and cleaning to maintain a secure and hygienic living setting
Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce loneliness and enhance mental well-being
Monitor clients’ health status, report changes or concerns promptly to healthcare professionals or family members




Assist with mobility and transfer techniques, including heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring safety at all times

Experience
Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home care environments is highly preferred
Demonstrated patient care skills with individuals who have disabilities, dementia, or require hospice support
Knowledge of caregiving best practices including medication management and hygiene assistance
Experience handling heavy lifting safely while supporting clients’ mobility needs
Familiarity with cleaning routines to uphold cleanliness standards in personal and shared spaces
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare teams
Compassionate attitude combined with the ability to handle physically demanding tasks confidently
