Royal Home Improvements is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Interior Designer to join our energetic team. As a certified interior designer, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including creating realistic 3D renderings, millwork drawings, product selection, ordering materials, and overseeing project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Create detailed 3D renderings and millwork drawings for residential projects
Assist with product selection and sourcing materials to match project specifications and client preferences
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely product orders and deliveries
Oversee the project management process, ensuring design work is implemented correctly and on schedule
Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions
Stay current on design trends, new materials, and software to maintain cutting-edge expertise
Qualifications:
Certified Interior Designer (must provide proof of certification)
Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering programs)
Solid portfolio demonstrating experience in creating detailed renderings and millwork drawings
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred Skills:
Experience in large scale residential building and renovation projects
Knowledge of building codes and design standards
Familiarity with sustainable and eco-friendly design practices
