Pay: $23.00–$25.00/hour, based on experience

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of a food products distribution branch in Ottawa.

Responsibilities
Manage daily branch operations, receiving, order fulfillment, shipping, and deliveries.
Supervise, train, and schedule branch employees.
Maintain strong customer relationships and support sales growth.
Manage inventory, purchasing, stock rotation, and product availability.
Monitor branch performance, expenses, and KPIs.
Ensure food safety, workplace safety, and company procedures are followed.
Resolve customer, supplier, and operational issues.

Requirements
Fluent in English and French, written and spoken.
3–5+ years of experience in branch management, operations, distribution, wholesale, or a similar role.
Food distribution, foodservice, grocery,



or FMCG experience is strongly preferred.
Solid leadership, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Excel.
ERP/WMS experience is an asset.
Valid driver's licence is an asset.
