Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled asphalt shinglers, contractors, and laborers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team workplace. This role involves various roofing tasks, including installation, repair, and maintenance of roofs, as well as general labor duties. Candidates should be comfortable with heavy lifting and working in various weather conditions.

Duties
Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems using asphalt shingles and metal panel.
Perform caulking and sealing of roofs to ensure waterproofing.
Utilize hand tools, air tools and power tools effectively and safely for roofing tasks.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections of roofs to identify potential issues or necessary repairs.




Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.

Qualifications
Previous experience in roofing.
Solid maintenance person skills with experience in carpentry is a plus.
Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to roofing tasks.
Capable of performing heavy lifting (up to 70 pounds) as required by the job duties.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team setting.
Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to roofing and construction work.
