Current CDHO or NDAEB Level 2 certification mandatory, to take impressions and scans
HARP certification mandatory, to take radiographs
Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through treatment options and financial arrangements with clarity and enthusiasm
Schedule appointments efficiently using dental practice management software, ensuring optimal patient flow
Explain treatment plans, procedures, and financial policies in a friendly, transparent manner to foster trust and understanding
Verify insurance advantages, process claims, and handle billing inquiries to ensure accurate financial transactions
Coordinate with the dental team to confirm patient appointments and follow-up care, maintaining seamless communication
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls appropriately while maintaining a professional demeanor
Experience
Previous experience working in a dental office environment is highly preferred
Familiarity with dental practice management software
Strong knowledge of dental terminology relevant to dentistry
Proven experience in front desk duties
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members
