What You'll Do
Prepare and execute menu items according to Shay's recipes and quality standards.
Set up and maintain your station before, during, and after service.
Cook meats, seafood, vegetables, and other menu items with consistency and precision.
Maintain speed, quality, and attention to detail during busy service periods.
Ensure all food is prepared safely and presented according to our standards.
Keep your station clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout each shift.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and productive service.
Assist with prep work and other kitchen duties as needed.




Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.

What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role.
Robust cooking skills and a genuine passion for food.
Ability to work efficiently and remain organized in a high-volume environment.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Attention to detail and pride in your work.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
