Genuine Home & Health Services Inc. is seeking a compassionate, organized, and professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our office team.

This position is ideal for an LPN who enjoys a balance of client interaction, coordination, and administrative responsibilities. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, families, caregivers, and office staff to help ensure high quality care and smooth day-to-day operations.

This is primarily an office-based role with occasional client interaction and ongoing communication with our care team.

Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients and families regarding care needs and service updates
Assist with client intake and ongoing service coordination
Support caregivers with clinical questions and day-to-day concerns
Assist with scheduling support, shift coordination, and staffing coverage
Answer phones, emails, and office inquiries professionally
Maintain accurate client documentation and records
Assist with chart audits, filing, and administrative tasks
Monitor client concerns and follow up appropriately
Work collaboratively with management and the office team to support quality client care

Qualifications:
Active LPN registration in Alberta




Robust communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Previous home care or community care experience is considered an asset
Strong computer and documentation skills
Experience with scheduling or healthcare software is considered an asset
