Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through offer acceptance. Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and hiring plans.

Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting channels. Conduct recruiter phone screens and assess candidate fit. Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Support employer branding initiatives, including careers page content, social media,



and recruiting events. Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline health, and offer acceptance rates through BambooHR. Work with HR in offer preparation, references, and onboarding activities.

Continuously improve recruiting processes to create an effective, consistent, and inclusive hiring experience. 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within technology or high-growth organizations. ~ Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles. ~ Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities. ~ Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter. ~ Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience recruiting software engineers and technical talent. Familiarity with Canadian employment legislation and recruitment best practices.
