Chartwell is seeking a Lifestyle and Programs Supervisor to create meaningful activities reflective of residents’ interests across six wellness dimensions. You'll guide volunteers and activity aides while preparing program calendars and responding to resident feedback. Building strong relationships and ensuring protected program delivery are key parts of this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate programs focusing on resident wellness dimensions
• Prepare newsletters, events, and communication materials
• Train and guide activity aides and volunteers




• Build relationships with residents and address concerns
• Monitor program participation, quality, and safety

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields
• 1-3 years of experience in retirement living or healthcare
• Proven program coordination skills
• Understanding of aging and respect for diverse backgrounds
• Strong planning and communication skills
