As a key finance leader at Retrokid, you will oversee financial operations for our US and Canadian entities. Your role will include daily accounting, financial reporting, payroll management, budgeting, and ensuring compliance. Your expertise in eCommerce will be critical as you identify cost-saving opportunities and provide actionable insights to our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily accounting operations and internal financial controls
• Prepare and manage financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
• Manage accounting for Canadian and US entities efficiently
• Ensure accurate processing in QuickBooks and related systems
• Support inventory accounting and eCommerce payment reconciliations
Requirements:
• Accounting designation with 5+ years in financial management
• Experience in eCommerce or retail sectors
• Robust knowledge of Canadian accounting practices
• Proficient in QuickBooks and financial process improvements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
