Lead client onboarding at 360Learning as a Remote Implementation Manager. Oversee deployment, manage projects, and facilitate integrations for the learning platform.

As part of the Solution Deployment Management team, you will be responsible for all phases of client implementation at 360Learning. Collaborate across departments such as Sales, Product, and Customer Success to deliver a seamless onboarding experience. Your role will require strong project management skills and the ability to adapt to wide-ranging client needs and technical environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client onboarding from sales turnover to go-live
• Define platform architecture based on client needs
• Facilitate integrations with APIs and third-party apps




• Drive project management throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Guide clients through effective onboarding processes

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of consulting experience, preferably customer-facing
• Proven deployment experience with SaaS products
• Familiarity with APIs and SSO configuration
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple implementations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
