Balcony Grill is looking for a reliable and hardworking Order Picker / Expo to join our team. This position is the bridge between our kitchen and our guests — you will pick and organize orders, coordinate with cooks and servers, and make sure every order goes out accurately and on time in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
This position works between our Mandarin-speaking kitchen team and our front of house. You need fluent Mandarin to communicate with the kitchen team, plus basic English for reading order tickets and simple communication with servers.

Responsibilities：
Pick and organize food orders accurately according to order tickets
Coordinate with kitchen staff and servers during busy service periods
Check every order for accuracy before it goes out
Relay order changes and special requests between front of house and kitchen
Help with basic food prep during slower periods
Maintain clean and organized expo and pickup areas
Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures




Assist with dishwashing and general kitchen cleaning when needed

Qualifications：
Fluent spoken Mandarin is required
Basic English is also needed for order tickets and simple communication — you do not need to be fluent in English
Previous restaurant, expo, or order-picking experience is preferred
Able to stay organized and accurate under pressure
Clear communicator, able to relay information quickly between teams
Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical work
Available for evening and weekend shifts
