Key Responsibilities:
Delivering exceptional customer service to patients
Scheduling and coordinating appointments with efficiency
Instruct patient on tests, treatments, and procedures
Managing patient records and ensuring they are up-to-date
Handling billing and insurance claims
Answering phone inquiries and managing office communications
Providing administrative support to physicians and medical staff as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience as an MOA in a medical office setting
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-volume workplace
Knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
