Role: Payroll Specialist
Location: London, ON (100% Onsite)

Our client, a well-established Canadian organization in the agriculture and manufacturing sector, is looking to hire an experienced Payroll Specialist to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who enjoys ownership, process improvement, and working in a hands-on environment.

Overview:
Reporting to the finance leadership team
Responsible for full-cycle payroll processing from start to finish
Processing payroll for hourly and salaried employees across multiple provinces
Strong practical experience with Dayforce payroll required
Manage payroll changes including hires, terminations, leaves and adjustments
Responsible for payroll reconciliations, remittances and year-end activities
Support payroll audits, reporting and process improvements




Partner closely with HR and Finance to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance
PCP designation completed or in progress considered an asset
Strong Excel skills including reporting and data analysis

For You:
$85K-$95K, base salary based on experience
