Slmhc's Centre for Complex Diabetes Care in Sioux Lookout is seeking a Registered Dietitian to assess, educate, treat, and provide ongoing care for clients living with diabetes in the Sioux Lookout catchment area. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize client self-management.The role focuses on developing education programs, counselling on individualized nutrition, and contributing to program development and policy within the CCDC team.
