Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail‑oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to manage the financial operations of our collision repair facility in Mississauga.What You’ll DoMaintain and manage financial records using Microsoft Business Central.Record daily transactions including sales, vendor invoices, and expenses.Reconcile bank and credit card statements on a monthly basis.Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice tracking and collections.Review payroll entries and ensure compliance with government remittances (e.G., HST, WSIB, source deductions).Support year‑end closing and liaise with HO accounting team.Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting including variance analysis and identifying cost‑saving opportunities.Prepare and distribute management information (MI) reports to support operations.Support insurance paperwork and maintain organized digital and paper filing systems.Other duties as assigned.What You’ll Bring3+ years of bookkeeping experience,
