Spin Master is seeking an Associate Counsel in Ontario to provide expert counsel on commercial law, licensing and IP, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of agreements across vendor, distribution, technology and marketing. The role requires a JD and 2–4 years of experience in a law firm or in-house, with privacy/data security knowledge and IP rights experience in a children's entertainment context.
