We are looking for a RIBO-licensed insurance broker who is passionate about customer service and enjoys providing expert advice to clients. Your main responsibilities will include:

Advising clients on pleasure boat insurance products and coverage.

Handling incoming client requests, policy changes, and renewals.

Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely follow-ups.

Developing expertise in APRIL Marine insurance products.

Supporting the sales team with quotes and new business when needed.

Collaborating with brokers, assistants, and the APRIL Marine underwriting team.

Investigating existing policies to verify coverage details, review policy information, and resolve discrepancies.

To apply for this position, you must have:

A valid RIBO license (required)

2-3 years of experience as an insurance broker, preferably in personal lines

Excellent English, both spoken and written

Strong customer service skills and a genuine interest in advising and helping clients

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities





A strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and attention to detail

The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Experience in boat insurance (an asset)
