Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Drywall Finisher to join our agile construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying finishing touches to drywall surfaces, ensuring smooth, seamless, and professional-looking walls and ceilings. Your expertise will contribute to the overall quality and aesthetic of our building projects, helping us deliver exceptional results on time and within scope. This position offers an exciting prospect to work on diverse construction sites, utilizing your skills to transform raw structures into polished spaces.

Responsibilities
Finish drywall surfaces by sanding, taping, and applying joint compound to achieve a smooth finish that meets project specifications
Use hand tools and power tools efficiently for sanding, smoothing, and finishing drywall surfaces
Collaborate with carpenters, painters, and other trades to coordinate work flow and ensure quality standards are met
Conduct inspections of finished surfaces for imperfections or defects,



making necessary repairs or touch-ups as needed

Qualifications
Proven experience in drywall finishing within a construction workplace or related field
Strong knowledge of construction painting, carpentry, drywall installation, caulking, and general handyman skills
Familiarity with construction safety protocols and proper use of hand tools and power tools
Construction experience demonstrating versatility across multiple trades is highly desirable
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy materials, and work at heights as required

Pay: $23.69-$45.00 per hour
