Outside Sales Representative (Commission-Based)

Club Ceramic Flooring is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our presence within the construction and real estate industries.

The successful candidate will develop new business relationships with builders, developers, contractors, architects, interior designers, realtors, and property managers, promoting Club Ceramic Flooring as a preferred supplier of ceramic tile, porcelain, luxury vinyl, hardwood, laminate, and other premium flooring products.

Responsibilities
Generate recent business opportunities and establish long-term industry partnerships.
Visit construction sites, design firms, and development projects to introduce our products and services.
Present flooring solutions, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.




Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify upcoming project opportunities.
Stay informed on local market trends, recent developments, and construction projects.

Qualifications
Experience in flooring, construction materials, building supplies, and B2B sales is preferred.
Robust network with builders, developers, designers, contractors, or real estate professionals is an asset.
Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and succeed in a commission-based environment.

Compensation: Commission-based with unlimited earning potential.

Pay: From $36,223.60 per year
