Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items with precision, consistency, and attention to detail, following established recipes and standards
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients to streamline kitchen operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations
Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety regulations and hygiene standards to promote food safety
Support food service staff by ensuring timely meal preparation and presentation for service periods
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when restocking is needed




Follow all health and safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a safe working environment

Requirements
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant kitchen roles within the food industry
Strong knowledge of food handling practices, safety standards, and sanitation procedures
Experience with meal preparation techniques across various cuisines or menu types is preferred
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high-quality standards
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration with kitchen staff and servers
Prior experience in serving or food service roles is a plus but not mandatory
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
