Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services. This position requires strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. As well as working with multiple customer SAP programs.
Experience with logistics, USMCA, customs invoices, packing slips would be considered an asset.
The Order Entry /Customer Service position would work closely with the entire management team to ensure customer satisfaction.
