Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, windows, and furniture to ensure a spotless environment.
Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and recreational spaces to uphold the hotel’s high standards.
Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures when using cleaning chemicals and industrial cleaning equipment.
Report maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.




Adhere to hygiene standards and health regulations to promote a protected environment for guests and staff alike.
Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested by management.

Skills
Proven experience in cleaning roles within hotels or similar hospitality settings.
Robust knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of custodial equipment.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in rapid-paced environments.
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency.
Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
Familiarity with industrial cleaning tools and safety procedures is a plus.
Exceptional customer service skills to maintain a friendly attitude toward guests and staff.
