Duties
Schedule and confirm service appointments with customers, ensuring timely and organized workflow
Greet customers warmly, listen to their needs, and provide clear explanations of services offered
Perform tire replacements, rotations, balancing, and repairs using hand tools and power tools
Conduct basic automotive repairs and maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake inspections, and fluid top-offs
Assist customers in selecting the right tires and automotive products to meet their needs
Use mechanical knowledge to diagnose issues and recommend appropriate solutions
Handle heavy lifting of tires and equipment safely to maintain a productive work workplace
Experience
Previous dealership or automotive service experience preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and repair procedures essential for success in this role
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment used in automotive repair
Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods
Sales experience helpful for recommending products and services that benefit customers’ vehicles
A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the automotive industry
