Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. High rise Apartment and Condominums.
Diagnose and troubleshoot boilers, air makeup systems any highr rise related equipment.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.




Provide excellent customer service and maintain robust client relationships.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HVAC technician minum 5 years of service.
Valid HVAC certification and licenses. G1 and 313A is an asset.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
