Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts with accuracy and professionalism
Coordinate renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes in a timely manner
Act as a key point of contact for clients and carriers,



ensuring clear communication and consistent follow-through
Collaborate with Producers and internal teams to support retention and account growth
Maintain a strong understanding of commercial coverage, underwriting requirements, and industry regulations
Qualifications Minimum 5 years of Commercial Lines experience
Proficiency in Applied Epic
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional communication and client-service mindset
