Moguls is a small, independent cafe that takes pride in great coffee and building community. We’re looking for a hands-on Supervisor to join our leadership team and help the cafe run smoothly.
What you'll do
Work alongside the team and lead by example
Coach and train team members, including new hires
Give warm, attentive service and help resolve customer concerns
Order stock and maintain inventory levels
Keep daily operations organised, clean, and ready for service
Support opening, closing, and cash handling
What you bring
Dependable, organised, and willing to take responsibility
A practical, team-oriented leadership style
Strong communication skills
Calm, focused, and helpful when it's busy
Coffee or cafe experience preferred; training provided
