Cherubini Group is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Partner to own the recruitment process, build solid pipelines, and partner with leaders. You will manage multiple searches, source candidates, conduct interviews, and support onboarding, with a focus on skilled trades in Dartmouth, NS.
You will work hands-on to develop as a trusted recruitment partner, maintain recruitment records, and participate in broader HR initiatives as workload allows.
