Duties
Prepare and assemble food items following established recipes and quality standards
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision and integrity
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns
Maintain sanitation and food safety standards through proper food handling and cleanliness practices
Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
Support team members during busy periods by sharing responsibilities such as serving, cashiering, and kitchen tasks
Follow all safety procedures related to food industry regulations and sanitation protocols
Experience
Previous food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is advantageous
Experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus but training will be provided
Solid time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively
Basic math skills for cash handling, order accuracy, and inventory management
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the restaurant or food industry
Ability to work as part of a team or independently in a fast-paced environment
