Responsibilities
Supervise receptionists, medical office assistants (MOAs), nurses, and other clinic staff.
Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
Recruit, train, and evaluate employees.
Resolve workplace issues and support staff performance.
Manage appointments, patient flow, and waiting times.




Ensure the clinic opens and operates efficiently.
Coordinate physician schedules and examination rooms.
Maintain medical supplies and equipment.
Oversee billing, invoicing, and payment processes.
Coordinate insurance claims and Alberta Health billing where applicable.

Qualifications
Leadership and staff supervision
Communication and conflict resolution
Organization and time management
Medical terminology and clinic management software
Patient confidentiality and knowledge of Alberta healthcare regulations.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
