Toronto Honda is hiring a Senior Service Advisor for our recently renovated Danforth store. Busy drive, large and loyal customer base, and a team that backs you up.

What you will do
Own your customers from write-up through delivery
Drive customer-pay sales while keeping CSI high
Run dispatch and keep the shop moving
Work with technicians to turn hours efficiently

What you bring
5+ years as a Service Advisor in a dealership environment
Above-average CSI scores you can speak to
Consistently strong customer-pay (CP) sales results
Working knowledge of CDK and dispatching functions
Comfort picking up new computer systems quickly
