We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front End Supervisor/Cashier to join our retail team full time. In this pivotal role, you will lead the front-end operations, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers while managing daily cashier responsibilities. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold excellent customer service standards, and maintain effective store operations. Duties
Supervise and coordinate front-end staff, including cashiers and sales associates, to deliver exceptional customer service
Oversee cashier functions such as cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and balancing registers at shift end
Ensure accurate pricing, merchandising, and store presentation in line with company standards
Assist customers with inquiries, returns, and complaints to foster positive shopping experience
Enforce store policies on safety, security, and loss prevention measures
Experience
Proven supervisory or team management experience within retail sales or customer service environments
Strong cashiering skills with proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures
Excellent communication skills
