Job Summary:
As a Laborer & Driver at Ancaster Food Equipment, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by assisting with various tasks related to manufacturing, assembly, and warehouse duties. The ideal candidate will be a reliable team player with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
Duties:
Picking up product at various locations.
performing deliveries of orders alongside a 2nd driver/helper
may require overnight stays for extended drives (ie Montreal deliveries)
moving product and maintaining a clean outdoor working environment .
stacking product for a proficient working space .
unloading freight and putting it into correct locations .
Skills:
Must be forklift certified .
Must carry a G license .
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
Good communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.
Willingness to follow instructions and learn new skills on the job.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is a plus.
