Pang! Pickleball is a brand-new indoor pickleball facility opening in downtown Mission, BC. Our modern, five-court facility is designed to provide a welcoming and enjoyable experience for players of all ages and skill levels.

We are looking for friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our team.

Both full-time and part time opportunities are available.

Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide friendly, skilled service.
Assist with court reservations, memberships, and customer inquiries.
Help customers use our online booking system.
Process payments and handle transactions.
Maintain a clean, secure, and organized facility.
Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Answer customer questions in person, by phone, and by email.
Help ensure a positive experience for all players.
Assist with general facility operations as needed.

Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Friendly, professional, and approachable personality.
Reliable, punctual,



and able to work independently.
Comfortable using computers and online booking systems.
Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or recreation experience is an asset.
Interest in pickleball or sports is an asset, but not required.
Ability to work some evenings and weekends.

What We Offer
$22.00 per hour.

Experience:
pickleball play: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
Canadian citizenship or work permit (required)
