RESPONSIBILITIES:
Warmly greet and welcome customers.
Take customer orders and accurately enter them into our point-of-sale system.
Prepare and assemble customizable bowls according to customers' preferences and Poulet Rouge© operational standards.
Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the workspace, including preparation areas and dining spaces.
Consistently adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.




Handle customer requests and resolve issues or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Work synergistically with the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Previous experience in customer service, food service, or a similar role is a plus.
Positive communication skills and a friendly attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to communicate fluently in English.
